I&#039;m not sure what &quot;local establishment&quot; alternatives your thinking of where one can hang out all day reading business cases or working on one&#039;s dissertation and grab a glass of wine (at least here in MA).  If they existed, I&#039;d be there.

In Europe, yes. On the left coast, scattered here and there. In general, no.

So - underserved market - I think great opportunity.

Now, if that sparks the creation of local options along the same lines, so much the better.</description>
